Return policy

We honor returns on unopened, sellable games that were purchased from this store and are still in shrink wrap. The return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Dates beyond that are ineligible for returns. The cost of shipping to the customer cannot be refunded, and the customer must pay the cost of shipping a return to this store. 

Please contact us at support@firesidegames.com to begin your return. After we receive your request, we’ll notify you if you are eligible. After we receive the game from you, we will inspect the game to ensure it meets the conditions for returns. Then we will return the qualified amount via the payment method used to purchase the game.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are provided for new games with missing or defective pieces within 6 months of purchase. Items with small cosmetic imperfections within the norm for manufacturing, boxes, and inserts are not eligible for replacement. Replacements are also not available for items that are out of print or discontinued.

Shipping to continental U.S. addresses is provided free of charge. For customers with shipping addresses outside of the continental U.S., please contact us to determine options.  

A receipt showing the purchase date and a photo of the game are required.
